No leaders

Do not follow the mind or the heart.
For there is a deeper knowing.

We do not address problems in order to have a life free of problems,
but to be able to better address future problems with finesse and mastery.

What is your goal?
Do you want a life free of pain,
OR
Do you want to address the source of your suffering?

Pain is always being processed.
It can be consciously addressed,
but is usually suppressed and repressed,
condemned down into our sub and unconscious...
All in futile attempt,
for us to just keep going,
blindly chasing mirages of dawn.

Courageously, Consciously,
Notice the corresponding areas of your body
which either quake or activate
when a trauma, memory, or emotion
overtake your present state.

You are strong enough to face and heal your pain.
No one else can do it for you.

Our muscles are made of many layers of overlapping fibrous strands,
and in the cores of the deepest of them,
we unconsciously store our hardest experiences, our darkest pains.

If you find yourself in a strange position,
where the eyes and ears of others are longing for you to satiate their suffering...

Empower them to make their own choices, to trust their own thinking and intuition.

Do away with all notions that you have their solution.

Demand only that they track their own path and progress,
so that they can see where, when, how, and why their thinking and intuition were accurate or not.
Patience is key.
Free yourself from all ideology, but do not belittle the ideology of others. Live not by argument, but by example.

Remember that acts of kindness and charity can unintentionally cause more pain and suffering than if you were to remain neutral. Repeated charity can create weakness, reliance, and may only keep them from their own power and knowing. Conversely, acts of evil can cause a mass awakening of the light, and as history shows, repeated acts of evil, eventually become their own undoing, and even if only for awhile emboldens the power of light.

Relax into the mystery.
