Equinox Mourning

 I cannot mourn those,
who refused to mourn the entire land,
of Palestine.

The crying out 
of an entire people.
While others just deny, deny, deny.

I have had to watch an entire people be slaughtered and evicted from their homes,
In real time.
How can I spare even a moment for someone who refused
to look at things,
 for what they really are.

Palestine is the shame of the world.
How can we call our selves civilized?
How can we pretend to be technological masterminds?

I feel sadness,
I feel nostalgia,
 he was kind to those he liked,
but he was always a douche to the servers.
and in these days of growing darkness, 
I have larger and more pressing things to mourn.
