Loss
 keeps
Love
spiraling,
self-contained in pain and shame and longing.

Until fully faced,
until embraced.
It will continue to drain, disgrace, and manipulate.

Be Courageous.
You are strong enough to face and witness your pain.
Watch it then,
how all on its own,
it dissipates.  

The cavern of loss,
becomes the womb
of the newborn violet flame.
